A: Yes! M2R supports import from Excel, CSV, Text, Metro 2^® and legacy M2R databases. We can also assist with custom import from other systems.

Q: Do you support all credit bureaus?
A: Yes. M2R generates Metro 2^® files compatible with Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, Innovis, and MicroBilt/PRBC.

Q: What if I need help after purchase?
A: All customers receive unlimited technical support during their license subscription period. We also provide virtual training for users.

Q: Can I use M2R on multiple computers?
A: Yes. M2R can be used on multiple computers through our network license, which is designed for companies that need multiple users to access it in a network environment.

Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. All data is stored locally on your computer in an encrypted database. Only your company's data is transmitted to our servers during license activation.

Q: What happens when my license expires?
A: An active subscription is required to use the software. When your license is within 30 days of expiration we will send you an invoice via email. Also, the status bar on the M2R dashboard will change to yellow as a reminder to renew.
